Welcome to Tennis & Pickleball Now. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, and able to enter into these terms. If you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian.

Your account

You sign in with Brionic ID, so keep access to that account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Membership and billing

• New members start with a free trial. After the trial, a paid plan is required to keep using member features.
• Plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store your card details.
• Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, cancellations, or failure to use the service.
• We may change prices or plans, and will give you notice before a change affects you.

Community conduct

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or spam.
• Give honest information, including ratings and match scores.
• Do not scrape, copy, or misuse other members' information.
• Do not use the service for anything illegal.

Your content and court photos

You keep ownership of your own profile information and match records, and you give us permission to display them within the service so it works as intended.

Photos and court information you post or save to the platform (including court images, captions, hours, and other court details) become the property of Tennis & Pickleball Now. By submitting them you assign to us all rights you hold in that content, or, where an assignment is not possible, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish and display it for any purpose, including operating and promoting the service. We may keep and continue to use this content even after you stop using the platform.

Only upload content you have the right to share. Court photos must show the court or facility, not people. Where possible we credit the player who added a photo to other registered players. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Courts, matches, and playing safely

Court information is community sourced and may not always be accurate. Matches and meetups are arranged between players. You are responsible for your own safety. Meet in public places, and use good judgment when playing with someone new. We are not responsible for interactions between members.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we provide it as is and cannot guarantee it will always be available or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tennis & Pickleball Now is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service, or from interactions with other members.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can close your account yourself from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Closing your account removes your profile straight away: your name, your photo, your city, anything you wrote about yourself and any links to you elsewhere. You are signed out on every device, and signing in again starts a new account rather than reopening the old one.

Results you have already played stay on record, shown against “Former player” rather than your name. This is deliberate: the people you played earned those matches, ratings and league places too, and one person leaving should not rewrite somebody else’s record.

We keep the details of a closed account for 30 days so we can answer a billing dispute or a report of abuse, and then we delete them. Records we are required to keep by law, such as payment and tax records, are kept for as long as the law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
