Welcome to Tennis & Pickleball Now. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, and able to enter into these terms. If you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian.

Your account

You sign in with a passkey or an email code, so keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Membership and billing

• New members start with a free trial. After the trial, a paid plan is required to keep using member features.
• Plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store your card details.
• Except where required by law, payments are non refundable for partial periods.
• We may change prices or plans, and will give you notice before a change affects you.

Community conduct

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or spam.
• Give honest information, including ratings and match scores.
• Do not scrape, copy, or misuse other members' information.
• Do not use the service for anything illegal.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add, such as your profile, photos, court details, and match records. You give us permission to display it within the service so it works as intended. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Courts, matches, and playing safely

Court information is community sourced and may not always be accurate. Matches and meetups are arranged between players. You are responsible for your own safety. Meet in public places, and use good judgment when playing with someone new. We are not responsible for interactions between members.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we provide it as is and cannot guarantee it will always be available or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tennis & Pickleball Now is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service, or from interactions with other members.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
