Tennis & Pickleball Now is built to be privacy first. We collect the minimum we need to help you find partners and courts, and we never sell or rent your personal information. We verify that players are real by their payment, not by harvesting personal data.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and the city you play in.
• Optional profile details you choose to add, such as skill ratings, availability, a username, a photo, and links to public ranking profiles.
• Match results you record and tournaments you join.
• Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure and working, such as your session and approximate region.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for or store phone numbers.
• We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by Square.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers.

How we use your information

• To match you with players and courts near your level.
• To run your membership and process payments through Square.
• To send essential emails, such as your sign in code and account notices, through our email provider.
• To keep the platform safe and prevent abuse.

Payments and verification

Membership payments are handled by Square. We receive a confirmation and a reference, never your full card details. A paid membership is how we confirm a real person, so we do not need to collect extra identity documents or track you across the web.

Sharing with other players

Your profile (name, username, city, ratings, and photo if you add one) is visible to other members so they can find you. Your email is only revealed to another player when you both agree to play, and never shown publicly. You can make your profile private at any time in your settings.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies.

Your choices

• Edit or remove your profile details at any time.
• Make your profile private so it does not appear in search.
• Ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing [email protected].

Children

Tennis & Pickleball Now is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
