How to redeem a discount code

Enter your code on the Membership page, before you choose a plan. Every plan then shows its price with the code taken off, so you can see what you would pay before you pick one. There is no step where you pay full price and get money back.

Step by step

• Open Membership from your profile, on tandpnow.com.
• Type your code in the box marked Have a code? and choose Apply.
• Read the line under the box. It says what the code does, for example "6 months free on Competitor" or "50% off".
• Look at the plans. The ones the code applies to show the old price crossed out and the new price beside it.
• Choose your plan. Checkout opens with the code already applied, so there is nothing to type again, and the button shows what you will actually pay.

If you already chose a plan

You can still enter the code at checkout, in the box marked Discount code, and choose Apply. The price updates on the spot.

Codes that cover the full price

Some codes cover a plan in full for a period rather than taking a percentage off. The plan they cover says Claim free with your code. Choose it and confirm: there is nothing to pay and no card kept on file. Your Membership page then shows the plan and the date the free period runs through, and you keep every feature of it until then.

If the code will not take

The page gives you the reason rather than just refusing. Usually one of these:

• The code has expired.
• It has been used as many times as it was meant to be.
• It is for a different plan, or only for monthly or only for annual billing. The page says which, so you can switch between Monthly and Annual above the plans.
• You have already used it on this account.

In the iPhone and Android apps

Membership bought inside the apps goes through the App Store or Google Play, and they only accept their own offer codes. To use one of our codes, open tandpnow.com in a browser, sign in, and redeem it there. The membership then works in the app as well.
