A match only counts once both players agree on it. You log the result, your opponent confirms it, and the ratings move. Nothing is recorded from one side alone.
Open Match results and choose Record a match. The person you played has to be on the platform: on your friends list for a friendly, or entered in the same event for a league or tournament match.
Separate each set or game with a comma, your own score first.
| Sport | Looks like | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Tennis | 6-4, 3-6, 7-5 | A set is won 6-4 or better, or 7-5 or 7-6 once it reaches 5-5. (ITF Rules of Tennis, Rule 5.) |
| Pickleball | 11-6, 11-9 | A game goes to 11 and has to be won by two, so 11-9 or 12-10. Tournament play may use 15 or 21. (USA Pickleball Rulebook 4.A.) |
Your opponent gets it in their Inbox and can confirm it in one tap. Until they do, it counts for nothing and moves no rating. If they leave it, it expires after 72 hours.
They can choose "That is not what happened" and send their own version, with a note. You then either accept their score, which replaces yours, or void the match so neither version counts. Nothing counts while the two of you disagree.
